THERAPY
Diamond Turner, LCHMC
I am originally from South Carolina but have made North Carolina my vocational home since 2015. I majored in Psychology and Spanish at Francis Marion University in Florence, South Carolina, then migrated to Raleigh where I studied Clinical Mental Health Counseling at North Carolina State University for my Masters of Education. For over 6 years, I have assisted various demographics of people desiring therapy services, from families to couples to young children to adolescents to older adults. I have worked both in clinical settings as well as directly in families' homes. I have collaborated with the Department of Social Services, the Department of Juvenile Justice, and multiple school districts to deliver therapy services where and when children and their families needed it most.
My therapeutic approach is largely based in advocacy and empowerment. It is my belief that we are in control of our own destinies, and it is up to us to see the path to self-actualization. I do not give advice, but rather assist clients in structuring and rearranging their current lifestyles so that they can better see their own paths.
My training and education makes me a good fit for children and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, self-esteem, family conflict, trauma, grief, life stressors and parenting. Outside of the therapy room, I love having family time with my mother, my
loving husband, and my two young daughters, including cooking up amazing meals for them to try out!

Kayla McEvoy, LCSW, RYT-200
I’m looking forward to helping you live a fulfilling life through focusing on your healing and growth. I have a background in trauma focused treatment, and I am passionate about helping adults improve their self-esteem, improve mindfulness and stress management, and developing sustainable tools for managing anxiety. I am also an Army Veteran, with over a decade of experience working directly with Service Members and navigating the unique stressors they encounter. I am proud to have served clients in the LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities within my experience as a military provider and help them navigate the systemic issues they can face. I use a variety of modalities and approaches when working with clients, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Additionally, I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT200), and I welcome the opportunity to weave that experience into my clinical practice. When I’m not working with clients or teaching Yoga, I am probably playing with my daughter, learning something new on the guitar or keeping my two German Shorthair Pointers out of trouble.
If you choose to work with me, we will create realistic goals for our time together, and approach them in a way that feels empowering and accessible. I’ll invite you to get curious about yourself by asking meaningful questions and offering helpful insights and pieces of education. I am excited to increase access to care by offering tele-health appointments at this time. Together, we can journey toward achieving peace, clarity and satisfaction in your life.
REIKI MASTER TEACHER, METAPHYSICAL MIDWIFERY, & SPIRITUAL DOULA
Jo’Linn Stutts, RMT
Hello! My name is Jo’lin. I’m a Wilmington native fortunate to be apart of such a supportive, holistic, and mindful community. Shortly after having my first child, I pursued my calling as an intuitive healer by diving head-first into Reiki training.
Motherhood has been a journey of healing, growth, and learning to navigate life intuitively, so I’ve made it my purpose to empower others with the courage to do the same.
My ultimate long-term goal is the serve the community as a home birth midwife, but for now, I specialize in offering psychospiritual support to supplement their healing journey through the use of several intuitive modalities.
